I was skeptical at first when Jeremy Baines had mentioned to me that he was going to throw together an event planning website. I thought, who would use this, surely not I? Famous last words. Meet With Approval is about the coolest, not to mention simplest event planning tool I’ve seen.

The first thing that stood out to me was that you don’t have to create an account or register to use the website. I hate logins, filling out forms and registering for websites. With Meet With Approval there is none of that. To keep track of your event you are emailed a unique link to your event.

Have you ever planned an event or meeting and found yourself sending millions of emails to try and get the right date? Well, another significant feature that I found appealing is that you, the event coordinator, can pick multiple dates. This allows the attendees to choose the date that might work best for them. The event coordinator can then see who can make which dates or not. The coordinator can then make a final decision based upon the most agreed upon date. You can also set it up so that attendees can suggest a different date or invite other people.

So once a meeting date has been decided on, the date gets confirmed and everyone is alerted the confirmed date. Try it out some time when you have an event to plan or just test it out by inviting yourself to raging hot parties, cause no one else wants to invite you.
