Published by Josh July 20th, 2006 in DashboardA few days back Stephen put ColourMod up for sale. He knew ColourMod couldn’t get the love it needed with his current schedule so he wanted to pass it on.
So with this post, I’d like to introduce you to myself…the new owner of ColourMod. My name is Josh Pigford. I run a small interactive design firm called Sabotage Media here in lovely Denver, CO.
I’m sure some of you are a bit worried that ColourMod will turn in to some spyware filled cash cow where it’ll just get milked until it dies. And you couldn’t be more wrong. The ColourMod products have been ones that I’ve been using almost since they were even created. As the new owner you can bet that they will continue to be developed and made better.
So, have no fear. There will be a few small changes around here…but nothing major at this point. I’m excited about taking on this new project and would love to hear what sort of things you’d like to see, feature wise. So let me know!

Hey Robert. Yes, we’ll still be working on Teenie and Weenie.
Good to see someone that’s not going to just trash this project.
Just wanted to say hi, and I think it’s great to see someone excited about ColourMod. After working with Teevio to help create the Yahoo! Widget version of ColourMod, I never got unhooked.
The one feature I think people want to see is the ‘eyedropper’.
